The shipping options are not what they seem. I choose 2 business day shipping and paid an extra $15.95.

What this means is that they will process the order within 5 days and then ship within 2. They say it is on their website but when you select 2 business day shipping, most if not all logical consumers expect to get the product with 2 days, not 7.

When I e-mailed them about this, they gave me the run around through an email. They make it difficult to find a phone number on their website to contact them and I believe it is because they have so many upset customers.

Product or Service Mentioned: Fanatics Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $16.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
