I have no control over the fact that I am 6'7" nor the fact that a good bit of that height is in my torso. Many clothing manufacturers, including iconic fashion brands have, for years, offered a wide variety of their clothing in sizes that accomodate people of height in excess of 6'2" which is the industry threshold for TALL sizes.

Lets take the monopoly in the sports fan apparel industry, Fanatics.

They have exclusive deals then they restrict availability. They offer less than 3.5% of their total clothing (shirts, pants, hoodies, jackets, shorts, etc) in sizes that include TALL. In many cases, such as their 2023 Salute to Service for the NFL they did not offer ANY clothing in a tall size.

Now imagine you are a US Military Veteran, a football fan and you are 6'5". You can wear belly shirts or hoodies where the sleeves will get real close to getting to your wrists.

But every year you can buy a hat. Isnt that nice of them?

Here is a good 1. I wear a 4XLT and have since put on weight after my playing days when I was a run 5 miles no sweat 3XLT. All of my hoodies are 4XLT with one 5XLT Angels in the mix because that is all they had in the Team Store and it was cold.

I went to a specialty store (DXL) where these unscrupulous jerks are selling products that are not available anywhere else. I purchased a 4XLT Fanatics branded Steelers hoodie to take with me to the Monday Night Football game.

A 4XLT is a 4XLT from Fanatics but it is Fanatics who does not care 1 iota about its customers only shareholder equity. Check out the photo. That is a 4XLT Fanatics branded Steelers hoodie lying on top of one of my Reebok 4XLT hoodies.

No tricks, done in a store in front of employees who just laughed. We have sent more Fanatics crap back than any other brand in the x years Ive worked here the employee told me.

The years were significant.

Good news, after Im done being a PissedConsumer, I am going to be a pissed complainant, on down the line until they realize alienating an entire group of people based on physical size has ramifications. That way I do not ever have to listen to their 3rd party call center customer service center not give less of a crap anymore.

Get healthy & lose a bit of weight so you are not 4XLT or 5XLT prob soon 6XLT. Quit demanding co to enable you.

Every co has right to sell whatever products they want. It’s THEIR company. Many many retailers only sell specific sizes. Many retailers don’t sell gigantic sizes.

If customers don’t like, move on.

Since when do customers expect and/or demand such things. Ridiculous.

LeBron james needed 2 points for me to win 152.00..there was 9 min left when he went down and did not return..its very inconceivable that LeBron James would have NOT GOT 2 MORE POINTS WITH 9 MIN TO GO..I either should have been awarded the bet or the bet should've been voided..this is totally not fair! I bet everyday and I hope your can resolve this matter..

I ordered a framed jersey for my mom as a gift. I received it, and the plexiglass was scratched all over on the inside.

They shipped a damaged product intentionally. I'm having to pay to replace the glass.

Their customer service doesn't respond to emails or phone calls. I would never order anything from these individuals again.

But there are not other jerseys available in this size on any sites. So I'm keeping the jersey and you can keep your money.

I ordered a UK slipover with a 3/4 zipper for men. I think it was grey.

It was mailed to 4823 Mile of Sunshine Dr., Louisville, KY 40219. I'm trying to find out about it. The charge card was under the name of Charles Netherton. I ordered this sometime in December 2024.

I don't have any order numbers. I don't know if there's any way to find out anything.

I did receive the order. I just need to verify what I ordered.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After several voice automated calls, I got through to a human being.

I got transferred to 3 different departments and had to repeat my problem over and over.

In end, with my persistence, I finally got my refund. Absolutely the worse experience ever.

I have called several customer service numbers listed for Fanatics over the last ten days. Each time, I was told, 'All customer service representatives are busy and unavailable.' I was then directed to use the automated service or chat service.

Both proved to be completely unhelpful in solving my refund issue. I have downloaded the chat transcripts to file a complaint with BBB to get my full refund.

Making human beings available to help with some problems is necessary. Your company has failed to help with a very simple issue.

User's recommendation: The sizing and quality of the tee shirts have been very disappointing lately!! An XL fits more like a .medium now and many of the tee shirt fabrics are extremely thin. I have purchased XL from FANATICS for years, and they were a perfect size. My size has not changed, but the cut of these shirts has!!! My customer service agent on the CHAT website was finally able to help me to return this shirt that I can't wear. I appreciate her help, but it took me three times talking to the ROBOT before I was finally able to get some help!!! I'm so disappointed about your recent products, as I was so excited about that LA Dodger 2024 Championshjp shirt that I never got to wear!!!

Got my wife a Tom Brady jersey and it is to small want to exchange for another jersey that is more for the price of the size that fits I am willing to pay more for the size I just want to return the item so I can exchange for the other jersey that costs more. And no one is answering the customer service desk to resolve my problem.

And I already bought another item so its not like Im not spending money with them and I am spending money and getting treated like this is I am appalled. I just want to exchange the item to get another one and I cant get help.

No one answered the customer service line to help with my return to do an exchange to buy another size where I pay the difference and I have no problem with that, but ignoring my call is frustrating for me and Im spending my hard earned money with a company that treats me like my money doesnt matter is terrible and I have an order on the way where I spent $92.00 for some shorts.

They just dont care when they send something you didnt order and on top of that they wont refund your money until you return the item they send! Left with out Christmas present they cant send me what I pay for because they say is out of stock and it wont be back on stock at all! Limited edition I order!

I played their sportsbook and received a friend referral bonus bet. I placed the bonus bet and won, but then they locked my account.

They said they suspended my account altogether because of suspicious activity.

They never told me what my suspicious activity was, they just said their decision is final, irreversible, and unappealable. They essentially dismissed my winnings and then kicked me out altogether.

I have a new phone # and cannot log in to my account. I have trying for 2 weeks to log in and cannot find a customer service anywhere on the log in page. Which in turn leads me questions about how often this happens regularly to other consumers and what they have experienced about not being able to claim there winnings or how many people get locked out of their accounts and losing the money in the account?

This was a Christmas gift for my grandson. It was impossible to get through to a live person.

When I finally did, the person said the item was lost & now out of stock & couldnt reorder. They said I would get a refund & would confirm it by sending me an email. I never received an email.

I have tried again todayand was promised an email again. We will see.

To cancel your order, sign in to fanjestic.com, login, and head to Track Order. If the order is eligible for cancellation, click 'Need to Modify Order?' After that, you will have access to Cancel Order. The next step is to choose a reason code and confirm the cancellation. Once the cancellation is confirmed, the screen page will refresh.

Fanatics headquarters is in Jacksonville. This Fanatics corporate office is 8100 Nations Way, United States, and there are 36 Fanatics addresses.

Customers can use the company's gift cards at Fanatics.com for in-stock products such as apparel, jerseys, and autographed memorabilia. To use the gift card, head to the Fanatics website and select the product to purchase.
