I'm very sorry I use Finatticz all the time, and I was, I am sitting here. I am a Purdue alumni and used to be a pilot there and used to play baseball for them, and I also played some other professional baseball.
And I am a Purdue alumni, so I order from fanatics.com quite a bit. As I am sitting here with a broken back in a rehabilitation center, that's all I have to do is just order things, really, and I got a $4.2 million settlement, so that's really all I have to do is spend money.

You will never know which websites are trustworthy unless you order through them and find out for yourself. I have also read many reviews that also turn out to be false.
Fanatics customer service, shipping and misleading shipping dates are too unreliable for me to continue ordering from their website. All of my items should have arrived before Christmas and although they have now refunded my shipping costs I would have like the choice to cancel the order.
Fanatics responded promptly to my complaint, however I wasn't completely satisfied with the result. They refunded my shipping costs for not delivering my items by the date promised, but I was ordering for Christmas and this does not solve the issue.
If the items can't be delivered on time, I asked that they cancel or expedite them.
They said they can not expedite and the order still shows as processing and should have been cancelled. If they can not deliver items as promised on time they need to organize better communications with their third party shipping affiliates or stop advertising false shipping information.
You cannot charge a customer extra money for shipping and not deliver the service they paid for.
There is no way for me to contact anyone, and the voice system is horrible. I will never order from them again and would like to find out how I can speak to a human being that works at this company.

disappearing discounts. I placed 2 orders, 3 items each; in both cases, the cart showed the discount. After completing the transaction, the discounts disappeared, and I paid full price. I did not notice this at checkout, but it was confirmed in the email. This cost me over $100.00. In reading reviews, this happens all the time. I believe it is a strategy of the company as most customers probably just trust it is done correctly.

AVOID shopping with them as they do not seem to be able to assist as they just take your money and then rely entirely on a third party to actually handle the order.

You place an order but then cannot contact anyone after placing it because they dont monitor emails or answer the phone after a certain time BUT you only have 30 minutes to make changes or cancela fact of which they DO NOT DISCLOSE ANYWHERE!!
Then they literally tell you to wait for the item to be delivered and declare it lost or stolen in order to make changes. Then they refuse to refund or resend the item because its up to whomever is shipping for them to handle the loss claim.
This is why its so damn expensive!
What a waste. Now Im out $100!!

The company told me that I just have to wait for it. Delivery date was a selling point but they did a bait and switch by providing a delivery by date of 23 Dec which was two days before Christmas. Its now the 26th of Dec and they still havnt even given the item to UPS.

I do plan on a lawsuit. Dont trust this company with your money or orders that are important to you.
Customer service is horrible! They lie and say no supervisor is available leave you on hold for 15 mins or more!
