Fanatics - Poor quality and terrible customer service
Ordered 2 t-shirts. Both had logos printed off center and crooked but one was by far the worst misprint with the logo off center more than one inch and looked foolish (I took pictures with measuring tape as well).
Customer service said I can return the defective shirt at no charge. Then they send the return shipping label for the wrong shirt. Then they say nevermind just send the defective shirt with the incorrect label. Then they refund me the shirt after 10 days BUT they subtract roughly $6.00 in SHIPPING FEES from the shirt price after originally stating the return shipping was free due to it being a defective shirt.
Entire return process took more than 30 days - I have the chats with customer service saved. Absolutely ridiculously bad product quality and customer service. I will never use them again. Never.
Period. I don't care for one second about the money.
I care about the hassle they put me through over one stupid defective shirt they made and sent.
I have all receipts, photos or the shirts, saved chats with customer service, and incorrect shipping label. I am too annoyed and tired right now to upload it all but I may come back and do just that.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
