Fanatics - Pissed off customer
I ordered my son a few things back in November for Christmas. I ordered it November 28th so that way I knew I would have it in time for Christmas.
When are the items I ordered was a Los Angeles Angels backpack. He got it on Christmas and did not have to return to school until the second week of January. Mind you he is in the fifth grade so he doesn't have a heavy School load. Within the first week and a half of him having the backpack strap broke.
I was going to have someone so this trap back on fast forward to a month later the zipper breaks and there's *** from where the seams have separated from the back pouch to the front pouch. I called customer service and was told I should I have read the return policy which I understand but being it was a Christmas gift I didn't get it right away after ordering and was basically told I was Sol. $60 is a lot for a backpack to last a month and a half.
I asked if they could give me some kind of a discount or something so I could repurchase my son an angels back because it is his favorite team and it was literally the only thing he asked for for Christmas. Their lack of help in wanting to keep a customer has made me not want to shop with them again and take my business elsewhere
