Bought $600 worth of apparel. I had to return a belt for a larger size and a hat.

They received my return on October 3rd and said my refund would be processed in 72 hours. Fanatics refunded my hat on October 25th and still no refund for the belt nearly 30 days after they received my return and 2 months after the purchase. I called and asked to process the refund for the belt and was hung up on by a manager. Furthermore, I had already purchased a new belt from Fanatics in the right size.

Now Fanatics has charged me for 2 belts but I only have 1 in my possession. Do not think you will get refunded if you have to return a product to Fanatics!

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $135.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
