I ordered my son a Miami Heat hat for Christmas and paid for the Guaranteed 3 day service before Christmas. My son will NOT be getting his hat because it wasn't shipped 3 day.
It was shipped US postal service. I called customer service for them to tell me they would call fed ex to see if they could get it changed pretending it was fed exes fault the whole time....after leaving me on hold for 28 minutes she tells me that it can not be changed and fed ex won't deliver until 12/27.
DO NOT ODER FROM THEM. They are a joke and waste of money!
