I placed an order on Fanatics.com om12/23/17, and paid an additional $7.99 for guaranteed 12/23 delivery because Christmas Eve and Christmas fell on Sunday and Monday. 12/23 came and I did not receive my item.

I called Fanatics the night of 12/23 and was told I would have to call back 24 hours after expected delivery date to confirm my item still wasn’t received. So I couldn’t call on Christmas Eve or Christmas, I called today the 26th...no live chat available and no customer service agents answer.....when you request customer service option you get transferred and then busy signal.

So annoying...I just checked on FedEx website for shipping info and my delivery date still says “pending.” So not sure if I will ever get it or a refund. Good thing it was snot my kids main present, she would have disappointed.
