Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They credited back to original payment.

Order placed 12/11 to be delivered 12/22. Did not receive customer service stated would arrive 12/26.

Did not show customer service stated would arrive 1/7/24 and they would apply a 25%discount to order. No additional correspondence from fanatics. Order not received. When I checked order now canceled with no notice.

Called customer service and they said the order was cancelled 12/29 and credited back because the order was lost and they no longer had inventory.

So my order is now cancelled, I did not get any discounts or credits and had received no notification as to what was going on. I am left to confirm with my credit card that the refund was made and my children without a present!

Ordered and paid for 2 day shipping and its 10 pm and still no delivery, cant get ahold of them and found out they used some generic shipping company named Lasership?? Package has been sitting in Louisville Ky since yesterday @ 7am on 8/22/23! Seriously? Now I remember why I stopped ordering from them! Fanatics is worse than I remember.

Update, finally got a hold of someone, excuses! They supposedly sent me a 14.99 coupon since delivery wasn’t made in the 2 days i paid for, supposedly it will be delivered today 8/24/23!

I was told even if I had paid for overnight shipping, they don’t guarantee it, just a heads up, pretty sad, that USPS is the better option when ordering from them, at least you get notifications ! And you can real updates!, will never order 2 day shipping or overnight, wasting your $$$ .

Just would like a return label. There was not one in package. They said to put in the order number that you got with your email, which I did in three different ways and they said it was not the order number.

Placed my order on December 5th for a personalized back pack for my Grandson for Christmas, website said it would get here before Christmas. When I checked shipping status it states the 27th, so they lied.

When I called them they said I should have picked another shipping option instead of the standard 3-7 business days, they were given 20 days to fulfill the order. I got no resolution just got blah, blah, blah, from JP.

Their website does not disclose this, it's false advertising, nor does it warn you that you won't get it by Christmas! i could not find a yelp page or no way to place a review on the website, now I know why!

I ordered a boston bruins hat it says for $23 with 25% off and overnight shipping. So in all reality, it didn't end up being 25% off in the end as I was charged $10 for shipping and handling... and I couldn't use my fancash I earned. I spent alot of money here for th past 2christmas's and now without being a holiday...so I talked to someone from customer service he ended up taking a whole $3 offmy order because I think of the reason why I was pissed...he was very nice but...why can't i use my fan cash?not

I couldnt exchange the item so I asked for a return label, which I got. I then reordered a different size and sent back the first item. I received an e gift card in the end- and I was told a few times by the attendant that I would get a credit on my credit card. Im not happy. Also- getting someone on the phone in customer service was very very difficult. Now I have an e gift card that I dont need.

I ordered before Christmas to give my brother-n-law some Buffalo Bills clothes, hats and a cup, having cancer it was the only thing he was looking forward...I paid the 7.99 to make sure it was here. His gifts never came and it took another 3 weeks before I got 1 shirt. Sadly disappointed I called to find out what was going on they canceled the rest of my items and told me that they were out of stock. I immediately got back on the website and to my surprise I could order them again?? What kind of business is this?

I have done business with them for years and they have been great, however I ordered an item for Christmas and I am still waiting for it. First it was shipped regular tracking with a delivery date. Well that one never showed up. So after butting heads with Fanatics they say they sent the order again. Again I call and they say they resent it. No tracking number and the item is lost again great company
