Difficult process to speak with a supervisor

First time I called about previous order was able to speak with a supervisor immediately. Second and third time requested to speak with a supervisor to get correct information shipping information on order about to place. Needed to the items in approximately three business days. Each representative spoke with is being outsourced outside of the USA and would repeatedly ask the same questions over and over even after explaining and saying multiple times to transfer me. Only to sit on hold for ten minutes without any luck. This is completely ridiculous.

Ordered a jersey it was too big. Was told I could refund it even though the tags were taken off. The jersey got to the facility and I was given a $0 refund. Contacted customer service and was with one for 35 minutes and they basically left me on read. Tried with another representative and again waited 35 minutes and left me on read. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of my time.

I have called the company on 3 separate occasions and get a different answer each time. I was told I have a new promo code within 24 hours of the warehouse accepting my return. Its now been 4 business days since the warehouse received my item. I wouldn't have returned my item if I knew the refund a new promo code process was so difficult.

Refund problem

I placed a call with your company regarding my bank account showing you gave me a credit then right away on the same day you took it out again. I was told to wait to hear from you guys regarding this issue. Now I am hearing from you asking me about a review. You have not addressed the problem yet. Please refund my money.

Sports hat that I purchase indicated one size fits all. I did buy it for youth, and it was so big it would not even stay on the top of his head. I now realize you have youth hats, but it did say one size fits all.

I ordered a $140.00 jersey and was sent a sweatshirt. I called and customer service agent was very professional and handled my problem perfectly. I sent sweatshirt back and am awaiting my sons jersey.

I have someone elses hat in a bag in a box. Did not receive my bibs that I ordered. Sadie Hooks is not gonna be happy as she will not get her hat and probably wont like the bibs
