Placed an order that was cancelled by Fanatics (not by me). They didn't have an explanation as to why.

Want to reorder, but waiting on Fan Cash refund. Somehow it just disappeared. Been working almost two weeks to get it back with same answer - "it shows up on our end", but conveniently isn't in my account. Called/chatted at least a half dozen times and get no resolution.

Keep saying it's an "IT issue" and will be resolved in "24-48 hours". No one in customer service, even supervisors, can give me an answer beyond that. More runarounds. Lost faith in dealing with this company.

Doubt I'll ever see my Fan Cash again. Shop elsewhere!
